Purchasing from Northern Value LLC Northern Value LLC sells its products to both businesses and direct to the consumer. All of our products are sold at wholesale and come with a full manufacture's warranty. See below for additional information on warranties.
To place an order with Northern Value LLC select the items you would like to purchase throughout our website and then complete your checkout in our secure online checkout. We conveniently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or Wire Transfer.
Orders placed from international customers that are having their order shipped through Bongo International, must pay via Wire Transfer. Please contact us for wire instructions.

Buy Any Quantity You Need We sell in any quantity to meet your needs, however, you can save money buying in price break lots. Notice: we use the term price break rather than case pack. The price break can be the same as the case pack, but is occasionally less than actual case pack. For example, if the case pack on item #ABCD is 120, we may set the first price break at 12. We will then offer an additional discount for ordering 120. This offers you a greater opportunity to take advantage of price breaks.
There is no minimum order with Northern Value. In addition, you will never pay any additional fees for dropshipping, or member ship fees.
Placing Orders We sell our products both to the end consumer and to retail businesses. Northern Value LLC only requires a business license for orders shipping within Minnesota and are not paying sales tax. Due to State law, we must charge sales tax of 6.75% to orders shipping to MN unless we have a valid sales tax id on file.
Northern Value LLC does not have a minimum order or any drop-shipping or wholesale membership fees for your convenience. To view the status of your order, go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Pricing Structure: Product pricing for each item is located on the product informational page. Most products offer quantity price breaks. In addition, we offer discounts on volume orders as detailed in the chart below. All discounts will be calculated during the checkout process.
Volume Discounts $500 and greater 2.5% $1,000 and greater 5% $2,500 and greater 7% $5,000 and greater 10%
Shipping Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 24 – 48 hours for processing and are shipped either USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. The majority of orders are shipped UPS Ground. For orders over 300 lbs, we will contact you to arrange freight services.
Products will arrive typically within 5 to 12 business days depending on your location and method of shipment chosen. Delays in shipping due to the carrier are beyond our control; however we are more than happy to assist you in dealing with our shipping couriers.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by placing your items into the cart and then viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order (typically they are identical).
If any carton(s) is missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. Send a copy of the signed freight bill, a copy of your invoice and a list of the items short or damaged to our sales team. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damaged carton(s). Send a copy of the inspection report along with your paperwork to our sales team. All damaged items and packing materials must be kept until your credit is received. Obviously, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship.
Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.
International Shipping We have partnered with Bongo International to offer our international visitors the ability to make purchases from our website. Bongo International provides it’s customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box).
Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at Northern Value LLC as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

Your Customer Cannot Find Us Our company name does not appear on anything that will be exposed to your customers, including products, warranties and packing slips.
Any correspondence between our warranty department and your customer is under the name Customer Service or CSC as it appears on the warranty sheet. Do not ask your customer to call or e-mail us directly. All correspondence from your customer should be in writing to the address on our warranties: CSC, P.O Box 224442, Dallas, TX 75222.

Warranties Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the product’s description in the product detail page for extended warranty information. Some products come with limited one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties.
Your customer do not have to return warranty merchandise to you. The product warranty is printed on the box or on the card inside the box has a warranty address: CSC, P.O. Box 224442, Dallas, TX 75222.
Drop-shipping We do provide drop-shipping services free of charge. To place an order for drop-shipping, process the order as normal. Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase, change the shipping address to the address of your customer and continue to checkout. Northern Value LLC does not include our name or the cost of the products anywhere on or within the package being shipped. Therefore your customer will never know that we handled your order.
Return Policy – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. After initial inspection, if you are not happy with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 7 days for exchange or credit. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
All returns should include your company name, copy of Packing List and Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact us at sales@northernvalue.com for RA#.
Advertise on the Internet Using our Photos and Copy Northern Value’s website is copyrighted. However, you are authorized to use our photographs, descriptive copy, trademarks and brand names for the purpose of advertising and selling our products on the internet. You cannot reproduce these for any other purpose without written authorization in advance.
You’re on the Mailing List if You Order You are automatically put on our mailing list with your first order or creation of an account. You will remain on our list as long as you are an active customer. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can request to be taken off our list via the link at the bottom of each email.
